Automatic Top Ups

To make sure student dinner money and register accounts are always in credit, you can set up for automatic payments of a set amount to be taken when the balance drops below a certain amount.

Only one automatic top up amount can be taken each day. If the account balance drops below the minimum amount you set for the Automatic Top Up more than once in a day, an additional payment is not taken until the next day.

Only one contact linked to a student can set up automatic top ups for each of the student's accounts. If the an automatic top up is already set up, a message is displayed when you access the student's account.
