Switch On Automatic Top Ups

If you have previously set up an automatic top up that has been stopped, you can switch it on again when required.

If the account has gone into debt while automatic top ups have been stopped, depending on the total of the debt, you might need to make a top up payment to clear the debt before automatic top ups can be switched on again.

1. Go to Accounts, then for the student, select the account.
2. Select Manage Top Up.
3. Select Switch On Automatic Top Up.
