Stop Automatic Top Up Payments

If you want to temporarily stop automatic top up payments being taken, switch off the automatic top for the relevant student account.

Switching off an automatic top up saves the account settings, but means no other contacts linked to the student can manage the settings or set up an automatic top up.

If you want to stop the payments because another contact is taking over the payments, the automatic top up settings must be deleted.

  1. Go to Accounts, then for the student, select the account.
  2. Select Manage Top Up.
  3. Select Switch Off Automatic Top Up.
