Can I save my credit or debit card details?
You can save up to 5 credit or debit cards with our payment provider that can be used to make payments when buying items using IRIS ParentMail .
When you are transferred to our payment provider system, when entering your payment details, select Save My Card. Enter a name for the card before selecting Pay Now.
If you have previously saved a credit or debit card when using an Android device, to save another card you must select Pay with new card when you pay for an item.
Where can I manage details of saved credit or debit cards?
Saved credit and debit cards are only displayed when you are transferred to our payment provider when making payments for items in IRIS ParentMail. To remove saved card details, for the required card select Delete.
When deleting a saved card, if it is used for an Automatic Top Up, the automatic top is automatically cancelled.
Saved credit and debit card details are stored by our payment provider, Barclays. For more information about how Barclays use your data, go to their Privacy Policy.
