Delete Automatic Top Ups

If you have set up an automatic top up for a student account, it must be deleted when: 

  • You no longer want payments to be taken automatically.
  • Another contact linked to the student is taking over the responsibility for account top ups.
  • You want to change the card being used for the payments.

If you only want to stop automatic payments being taken temporarily, switch off the automatic top up. Switching off the automatic top up saves the settings, so you can switch it back on as and when required.

To delete an automatic top up:

  1. Switch off the Automatic Top Up.
  1. Go to Accounts, then for the student, select the account.
  2. Select Manage Top Up.
  3. Select Delete.
