Why can't I log into IRIS ParentMail?

You must have received an IRIS ParentMail registration invite from a school or club and completed the registration process to log in or use the app.

If you are having difficulty logging in on the app, try logging into your account on a computer.

If you have successfully registered your IRIS ParentMail account but cannot log in:

  • Check you are on the IRIS ParentMail Login page or have downloaded the IRIS ParentMail app from the Apple or Play store
  • Try using another browser, such as, Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox

    IRIS ParentMail only works with Internet Explorer version 11 or higher.

  • Reset your password

If you are still have difficulty logging into IRIS ParentMail, contact the school to confirm the contact details they have for you. If the school have incorrect details, they can change your details so you can register for a new account.
