If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, you can reset it from your IRIS ParentMail account.

Select FORGOT PASSWORD from the login screen, enter the email address you use to log in, then when you have received the reset password email, select the link and follow the steps.

If you want to change your IRIS ParentMail account password, log in with your existing details, then go to Settings > Change Password.

To reset your IRIS Identity account password, select Forgotten your password?. A reset password email is sent to your registered email. When received, select the link and follow the steps.

Resetting your password updates your log in details for your IRIS Identity account. The new password must be used for all IRIS Software Group products you use your IRIS Identity account for.
