Why is IRIS ParentMail not working?

IRIS ParentMail only works with Internet Explorer version 11 or higher. The IRIS ParentMail app might not be available for older Apple (iOS) or Android devices.

If you are using IRIS ParentMail with a browser, use the most up to date browser version and avoid using private browsing modes.

If you are using an Apple (iOS) or Android device, download the free IRIS ParentMail app.

If you are using Safari on an Apple (iOS) device, you must allow Cookies.
