Why is the IRIS ParentMail log in page displayed when I try to register?

If you are registering from an text message invite using a Samsung phone, the registration link sometimes displays the IRIS ParentMail Login page instead of the account registration process.

To resolve this, download Google Chrome from the Play Store and set it as your default browser, then try to register again from the IRIS ParentMail account registration invite.

If you do not want to download Google Chrome:

1. Hold down the link on the text message registration invite until Message options are displayed, then select Copy text.
2. In your phone internet browser Search, paste the copied text from the account registration invite, delete all the text before https://, then select Go.
