How do I connect my account to a school or club?

Only a school or club can invite you to register for an IRIS ParentMail account. If the schools or clubs that have invited you to IRIS ParentMail delete your account, you are no longer connected to them.

If you have an IRIS Identity account, you are asked to confirm your personal details before logging into IRIS ParentMail.

If you are already connected to a school or club on IRIS ParentMail and receive an invite to register for another school or club, select Manage Your Connections in the invitation. Confirm your details to log into IRIS ParentMail with your existing account details.

What do I do if I am no longer connected to a school or club?

If you were connected to a school or club but it is no longer displayed in your IRIS ParentMail account, contact the school or club. They can send a registration email to connect your account again. For more information, go to Why am I no longer connected to a school or club?
