The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during April 2023:
Fixes and Updates
- Parents and carers no longer receive errors when verifying changes to their personal details
Card Payments
Resolved issues with:
- Resolved issues with making card payments at busy times through Barclays
- Post codes or zip codes for addresses outside of United Kingdom now accepted when making card payments
PayPal Payments
Resolved issues where payment successful notification is displayed when you do not have the amount to cover the payment in your PayPal-linked bank account.
A payment failed message will now be displayed if you do not have sufficient funds to cover the payment.
