New IRIS ParentMail App Version 6.0 - February 2026

We are excited to announce there is a new version of the IRIS ParentMail app. It has a modern design, new features, and improvements based on customer feedback.

When you will be upgrade

The new app is being released on Tuesday, 3rd February 2026, and from this date the updates will be applied automatically. You should have been upgraded to the new app by the end of February 2026.

What you need to do

You do not need to do anything — the app updates will be applied automatically and you will notice a change in the design, and the layout of some items.

We have created the following demo to help you learn more about the new app. If you need any further help, then try our Getting Started Guide.

We hope you will not have any issues using the upgraded app, but if you do, further help and support is available: 

• Go to the new IRIS ParentMail Help Centre for Parents and Carers

• If you cannot find the answer to your question on the Help Centre, you must contact the school. The school can contact IRIS ParentMail to get further help.
