How do I join Parents' Evening Video appointments?

If you have booked video appointments for a Parents' Evening, you join the appointment on a computer or your phone from your IRIS ParentMail account.

If your Parents' Evening bookings were made for an In Person appointment, follow the instructions provided by the school.

Go to Video Appointments, then at the time of your appointment select JOIN.

You are not able to join a video appointment before the start time.

You can manage your camera and microphone settings when you have joined the appointment.

If you are not able to join a video appointment, contact the school to confirm if you can book another appointment.
