Why can't I make a payment using a credit or debit card?

IRIS ParentMail uses Barclays, a third party provider, to process payments made using credit and debit cards. The Barclays server does not allow card payments to made on certain devices due to security risks.

To make a payment in IRIS ParentMail using a credit or debit card you must be using:

• One of the following supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome — version 30 or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox — version 27 or higher
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer — version 11 or higher
  • Microsoft Edge — any version
  • Apple Safari — version 5 or higher

• An Android device using Android 5.00 or higher

If your browser or device meets the requirements and you are still unable to make the payment, we recommend trying an alternative browser or device.

If you are not sure what the version of browser you are using is, to check, select the required option from the following:
