How can I get messages that have been sent to me?

Schools can send messages by email, text message, or both. Messages are sent to you directly, or if you completed registration, are available in your IRIS ParentMail account. The most recent message is displayed first.

Why do messages from the school only have one of my children's name?

Schools can choose to send one message about each student or one message about more than one student. If the school chose to send one message about multiple students, only the name of one student is included.

To confirm if you should have received message for a student, contact the school.

How long can I view emails for?

Messages remain in your IRIS ParentMail account until your account is deleted.
