Why am I not receiving messages?

You cannot receive messages from your school in IRIS ParentMail until you have completed registration.

If messages are not displayed in your IRIS ParentMail account when you register, contact your school who can confirm if:

  • you are correctly linked to your child or children
  • if they have sent you messages

If you have not registered your IRIS ParentMail account, you only receive email or text messages the school have sent using IRIS ParentMail if you provided an email or mobile number to them.
