How do I know if the school have sent me a form?

To access forms you have been sent, go to Forms.

If you are using the IRIS ParentMail app, when the school send the form, an app notification is displayed.

Can I view forms I have already responded to?

Forms you have already answered can only be accessed until the expiry date.

If the completed form is no longer displayed in your IRIS ParentMail account, contact the school who can confirm the answers you provided.

Why don't I have Forms as a menu option?

Forms are only available if your school has purchased the feature from IRIS ParentMail.

If the school have sent you a form but it is not displayed in your IRIS ParentMail account, contact the school to make them aware. They can check your account has been correctly linked to your child or children, and if required, resend the form.
