Why are the school sending me a form?

The school can send you forms using IRIS ParentMail for many reasons, such as, getting your permission or consent for trips and events, for surveys, or for selecting options for school meals or clubs.

Why am I not receiving forms sent by the school?

Schools select who a form is sent to. Contact the school who can confirm if you should have received a form.
