Can I recover my IRIS ParentMail account if it was deleted?

You have 7 days after you requested your IRIS ParentMail be deleted to log in and recover the account. Go to Settings, select Delete Account, then RESTORE ACCOUNT.

If you deleted your account more than 7 days ago, to be connected to a school or club, you must register for IRIS ParentMail again. Contact the school or club to request they send you an account registration invite.
