Can I change the email address I registered with?

You can change your personal details, including email address, for your IRIS ParentMail account if you want to.

1. Go to Settings, then select Personal Details.
2. Update your email address, then select SAVE.

IRIS Identity accounts

If you use an IRIS Identity account for IRIS ParentMail, changing your email address updates your log in details for all IRIS Software Group products you use your account for.

How can I change my email address if I do not remember the one I used to register?

If you do not remember the email address you registered for IRIS ParentMail with, you must contact the school you are connected to. They can confirm the email address for your account, or remove your account so a new one can be set up.

The school can set up another account with the correct email address, then send a IRIS ParentMail account registration invite for you to complete the registration process again.
